Day 1 – Morning Class:
Understanding Updated Purchase Agreements
When representing buyers or sellers, it is critical to understand every clause in the purchase agreement and the addendums. The consumer is signing a detailed, legally binding contract and it is important that real estate professionals know that contract inside and out. We will examine standard purchase agreements and addendums to better understand the details of the agreement as we represent clients and bring them together for successful transactions for all.

Day 1 – Afternoon Class:
Required MODULE--Residential Leasing
The MN Dept. of Commerce requires that every real estate licensee take this required 3.75 Module covering the basics of residential leasing. It will cover the agent opportunities and responsibilities when representing landlords or tenants in residential leasing agreements. This Module follows the outline provided by the Dept. of Commerce and a required test will follow the instruction. Credit for the course will be given with a passing grade (18/25) on the test that follows. (Free retesting if necessary)
12:45 pm - 4:30 pm
3.75 hours APPROVED Continuing Ed Credits for Real Estate
Day 2: Bumps Along the Real Estate Road
There are many bumps along the road with real estate transactions that involve buyers, sellers, agents, appraisals, inspections, insurance, financing and closings. This interactive day will look at the various challenges and will look at real case studies to determine best practices. Be ready for any bumps come your way in real estate transactions!
